CON’TOUR Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At CON’TOUR, every booking is reserved with intention, time, and preparation to give you a luxury beauty experience. To respect our artists’ time and ensure fairness to all clients, please review our official policy below:

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Repeat cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute changes or additional reschedules require a new deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

  • 10-minute grace period is allowed.
  • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays.
  • Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be marked as a no-show.

4. No-Shows

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
  • After 2 no-shows, clients may be blocked from future bookings.

5. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • This deposit is applied to your final service balance.

6. Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • Refunds are not issued for rendered or missed services.
  • Concerns must be addressed before leaving the studio.
